What a quote honestly is
The express review is a manager's look at what is visible on the profile; the quote is a preliminary estimate from the published price of a location plus a recommendation. Neither is an invoice or a binding offer: the final amount is confirmed in the dashboard before anything is charged, and nothing is published on your profile before the strategy and permissions are agreed.
