Lead-gen and B2B

Tight match types and disciplined negative keywords to protect small budgets from broad, off-target spend.

Online shops

Shopping and Performance Max for stores run through our dedicated Google Ads for E-commerce service, where feed and Merchant Center depth lives.

How We Work

1
Business analysis
We study your business, choose the optimal strategy taking into account industry specifics.
2
Keywords & audiences
Selection of targeted keywords, audiences and ad creatives for Google Ads.
3
Campaign launch
Search, Display, Shopping, Video and remarketing campaigns. We build them as soon as we have access and working conversion tracking. When the ads start showing depends on the Google review, and that timing is set by Google.
4
Analysis & adjustments
We filter out non-target audience, reduce costs, improve click-through rates.
5
Remarketing setup
Reminders about your products/services stimulate customers to make a purchase.
6
Monthly reporting
At the end of each month you receive a detailed performance report.

What is inside your monthly report

You should always know what your money did last month. The report is written to be read, not to hide behind dashboard exports.

The numbers that matter

Spend, conversions and cost per lead, shown against the previous month so the trend is clear.

What we actually changed

Search terms excluded, ads tested, bids and budgets adjusted. The specific work, not a summary.

Next month in plain language

The plan for the coming weeks, written so you can question it on the review call.

Recognize yourself?

These are real problems our clients come to us with. If at least one sounds familiar, we know how to solve it.

You spend on ads but get no calls or sales
Money is flowing out but customers are not coming in. It can be the keywords, the targeting, the landing page or the tracking, and which of them applies to your account only shows once someone reads the account. That reading is where we start.
Clicks are there but leads are not coming
People click the ads but do not call or send a form. Clicks that never become enquiries usually point either at the match between ad and landing page or at who the ads reach, and the search-term report says which.
Cost per lead grows every month
What a lead cost you last quarter and what it costs now are rarely the same number. Accounts drift: competitors change their bids, the auction moves, and settings written a year ago stay where they were.
You get reports but cannot judge them
A monthly report arrives with numbers in it, and there is no way to tell from the inside whether those numbers are normal for your niche. A one-time Ads Audit reads the account against its own data and says so in writing.
You launched ads yourself and are not sure everything is right
Google Ads is a large platform with hundreds of settings. A single wrong match type or a missing negative-keyword list can spend a real part of the budget on searches you would never have chosen, and nothing in the interface flags it.
No conversion tracking, so nobody knows what works
If Google Ads does not know which clicks led to sales, it cannot optimize toward them, and neither can we. This is the first thing we check on any account.
Small budget and every euro counts
On a small budget there is no room for broad match pulling in searches you do not sell to. The weekly work is exactly this: cut what does not convert and move the money to what does.
Performance Max spends the budget and you cannot see where
Performance Max reports at campaign level and hides most of the placement detail, so the budget can drain into placements nobody chose. We run it only where conversion tracking is clean, and we add placement exclusions by hand.

Management Packages

The tier is set by the scope of the work, not by the size of your ad budget. Starter runs one campaign type at €250/month; Professional (€450/month) adds multi-channel setup, advanced bidding and competitive analysis; Enterprise runs from €1000 to €1500 a month and adds a dedicated account manager, custom automation and quarterly planning. Above that volume we quote the work individually.

All prices are our monthly management fee, agreed before we start and unchanged when your budget changes. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to Google.

Google Ads management pricing: our fee vs your ad budget

The most common question before signing up. Here is the plain answer.

The package price is our fee only

It covers our management work. Your ad budget is separate and is paid by you directly to Google from your own billing profile.

We never take a percentage

Our fee does not grow just because your budget does. The number you see in the package is the number you pay us.

We agree a realistic budget first

At kickoff we settle on an ad budget that fits your niche, so the management fee makes economic sense from the start.

Google Ads management pricing: what you pay us and what you pay Google
What it covers Who you pay
Our management fee Running and optimizing the account month after month Us, from €250 a month, fixed per package
Your ad budget The clicks themselves, priced by the Google auction in your niche Google, directly from your own billing profile
What the fee includes Setup or takeover, keywords, ad copy, bids, negative terms, conversion tracking, the monthly report Nothing extra: no setup invoice, no percentage of spend
How the three fee formats compare
Flat monthly fee (us) Percentage of ad spend Fee plus percentage hybrid
How the fee is calculated Fixed per package, known in advance A cut of whatever you spend Base fee plus a cut on top
When your budget grows The fee stays the same The fee rises with your spend The percentage portion rises
What the format pays for The work inside the agreed scope, at whatever budget you set A share of the budget, so the invoice follows the spend The scope plus a share of the budget on top

What to expect

Your first 90 days with us

A realistic picture of the early weeks. This is how the work is sequenced, not a promise of specific outcomes.

1

Weeks 1 to 2

Access via MCC guest linking, a full conversion-tracking check with fixes, and a plan for the account structure.

2

Weeks 2 to 4

We build or rebuild the campaigns once access and conversion tracking are in place. They start showing after Google reviews the ads, and Google sets that timing.

3

Months 2 to 3

Weekly optimization cycles, search-term cleanups, and the first structured review of what is worth scaling.

What does this look like in practice?

A service business came to us already running Search ads but unsure why the spend was climbing while the phone stayed quiet. The first thing we found was that conversion tracking counted every button click, including people who never actually called, so Google was optimizing toward the wrong signal. We fixed the tracking, then cleaned out a long list of broad search terms that were pulling in searches for free or unrelated services. We tightened match types, split the campaigns by the services that actually made money, and set up a weekly search-term review so waste could not build up again quietly. Over the following weeks the cost per genuine enquiry settled down and the reporting finally reflected real leads rather than clicks.

Anonymized example of our process, not a promise of results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Google Ads? +
Google's advertising platform. You bid on search terms, your ad can appear above or beside the organic results, and you pay when someone clicks rather than when the ad is shown. The same account also runs Display banners, YouTube video, Shopping listings and Performance Max, which is where most of the complexity and most of the wasted budget tend to live. Two things decide whether it works for you: whether people already search for what you sell, and whether you can measure what happens after the click.
How much do Google Ads cost? +
There are two numbers, and mixing them up is how budgets get blown. The first is what Google charges per click. It comes out of your ad budget, the auction in your industry sets it, and nobody can quote it honestly before looking at your market. The second is what management costs. Ours is fixed: from €250 a month, published on this page, never a percentage of your spend. When you plan, budget for enough clicks to produce a steady flow of conversions, otherwise there is nothing to optimize.
How do Google Ads work? +
Someone searches, and Google runs an auction in the time the page takes to load. Position is not bought outright. It comes from your bid multiplied by how relevant and useful Google judges your ad and landing page to be, which is why a smaller budget with a better matched page often outranks a bigger one. You pay only when someone clicks, and usually a little less than you bid. Every lever we have sits inside those two things: what you bid on, and how relevant you are when you do.
What types of Google Ads campaigns are there? +
Five matter for most businesses. Search puts text ads against a typed query, which is where clear intent lives. Performance Max spreads one campaign across every Google surface and needs clean conversion data to behave. Shopping shows products with image and price, and runs off a Merchant Center feed. Display buys banner space across sites for reach rather than intent. YouTube sells video placements. We usually start with Search and add the rest once tracking is reliable. Online shops have a dedicated page at /services/google-ads-ecommerce/.
How do I start with Google Ads, and what can I do myself? +
You need a Google account, a billing profile, a page for people to land on, and conversion tracking in place before the first click rather than after it. Google's own setup flow will get a simple local campaign live in an afternoon, and for one service on a modest budget that is often the right call. Management earns its fee later, when the account gets complicated: several campaign types at once, Performance Max absorbing budget invisibly, tracking that needs a CRM behind it, or a budget where even a small share of waste is real money.
SEO or Google Ads: which should I choose? +
They answer different questions. Ads buy visibility today and stop the moment you stop paying, which makes them right when you need enquiries this month, or when you want to test whether demand exists at all. SEO takes months to build, then keeps working without a charge per click, which makes it cheaper over a few years. Most small businesses run ads first for cash flow and start SEO in parallel, so the paid budget can be reduced later instead of becoming permanent. Our SEO work is at /services/seo/.
Are Google Ads worth it for my business? +
They are when three things are true: people already search for what you sell, you can afford enough clicks to gather data, and you can put a number on what a lead is worth. Remove any one of them and ads become an expensive way to buy traffic that never converts. We check search volume for your category before proposing a launch, and if demand sits below the level where a campaign can learn, we say so rather than take a retainer.
How is monthly management different from a one-time Ads Audit? +
Different unit of purchase. The Ads Audit is a one-time review that finds where your budget leaks and hands you a written plan. Monthly management is the ongoing work: we run and optimize the campaigns week after week, exclude wasteful search terms, test ads, and report each month. Many clients start with the audit, then move to management once they see what needs fixing. See the one-time review on Ads Audit at /services/ads-audit/.
Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend? +
No. You pay a flat monthly fee for your package, and nothing more from us as your budget grows. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google from your own billing profile, so it never passes through us. The tier is agreed at the start on the scope of the work, how many campaign types we run and how much of the work is ours, and once it is agreed the fee does not move when your budget does. This keeps our incentive on results, not on inflating your spend.
What is the minimum ad budget that makes monthly management worth it? +
There is no hard minimum, but the math matters. At a very low ad budget the flat management fee weighs proportionally more, so at kickoff we agree a realistic budget for your niche. If the numbers do not make sense yet, we will say so plainly and may suggest a one-time audit as the smarter first step instead.
Can you take over an existing Google Ads account, or only build from scratch? +
We do both. When you already have an account we take it over and start with a review, so campaign history and machine-learning data are preserved rather than reset. We do not rebuild what already works, we fix what does not. If you have no account yet, we create, structure and launch it for you.
Do you manage Performance Max and Shopping campaigns? +
Yes, within the Professional and Enterprise packages, and only where your conversion tracking is clean enough to support them. Deeper e-commerce work, product feeds, Merchant Center and Shopping strategy for online shops is handled by our dedicated service at /services/google-ads-ecommerce/.
What happens in the first month after I sign up? +
A clear sequence: you invite our MCC and we get guest access, we check and fix conversion tracking, and we plan and build the account structure. When the campaigns start showing depends on the Google review of the ads, so we name no date for it. You get your first report at the end of the month with what we changed and what we plan next. This is expectation-setting, not a performance promise.
What does it cost to get Google Ads running with you? +
Management starts at €250 per month and the tier depends on how many campaign types we run and how much of the work is ours. That fee covers our work, not your ad budget: the budget goes straight to Google from your own billing profile. If your account does not exist yet, building it is part of the first month rather than a separate invoice.
How soon will the campaigns bring in the first customers? +
Search campaigns can produce enquiries within days of launch, because you are buying demand that already exists rather than creating it. What takes longer is stability: roughly four to eight weeks of data before we can cut what does not convert with any confidence. Anyone promising a predictable cost per customer in week one is guessing.
How much should I plan to spend on Google Ads itself? +
It depends on your niche and on what a click costs there, so we check real CPC data for your keywords before naming a number. The practical test is simple: the monthly budget should buy enough clicks to produce a meaningful number of conversions, otherwise there is nothing to optimize. If the numbers do not add up yet, we say so at the kickoff call instead of taking the retainer.
Which businesses does Google Ads actually work for? +
It works where people already search for what you sell: services with clear intent, e-commerce, local businesses, B2B with a defined set of queries. It works poorly for products nobody looks up yet, where demand has to be created first and social platforms do that better. We check search volume for your category before proposing a launch.
Can I run Google Ads without a website? +
Partly. Call-only campaigns and campaigns pointing at a Google Business Profile can run without a site, and for some local services that is enough to start. But with no landing page you lose conversion tracking, remarketing and most of the optimization levers, so results plateau quickly. In most cases one well-built landing page pays for itself faster than any bid adjustment.
What is Quality Score and why does it matter? +
Quality Score is Google's 1 to 10 rating of a keyword, built from expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience. It affects both what you pay per click and whether your ad shows at all, so two advertisers bidding the same amount can end up in very different positions. Raising it is slower than raising a bid, and it is the part that keeps paying off.
Do you run campaigns outside Google Ads? +
No. The packages on this page cover Google Ads only: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video and remarketing inside Google. Nothing outside Google is set up, priced or reported on here.
Can I set the daily budget myself? +
Yes, and it stays your decision. Billing sits in your own account, so you can raise, lower or pause the budget whenever you want. We advise on what a change will do to volume and cost per conversion, and we ask that you tell us before a large shift so we can adjust bidding rather than discover it in the weekly review.
What is Google Partner status and does it change anything for me? +
Partner status means the agency meets Google's requirements on certified specialists, managed spend and account performance, and it is re-checked rather than granted once. In practice it gives us a direct support line and earlier access to some features. Treat it as a floor rather than a result: it says the team is qualified, not that a particular campaign will work.
Can I get Google's promotional ad credit through you? +
Sometimes. Google runs new-account promotions where you spend a set amount and receive credit in return, but eligibility, the amount and the countries covered are set by Google and change over time. We check whether your account qualifies and apply the code if it does. We never build a plan around it, because it is a one-off discount and not a source of results.
Who writes the ad copy and creatives, you or me? +
We write the ads: headlines, descriptions, extensions, and we test variants against each other. What we need from you is the raw material only you have, which is what you actually sell, your prices or price range, your current offers and the objections you hear from customers. For display and video we work with the assets you already have, or tell you plainly what is missing.
Do you guarantee a specific ROAS or ROI? +
No ethical agency guarantees a fixed ROAS: it depends on your margin, landing page conversion rate, market, and seasonality, most of which are outside our control. What we do commit to is the work itself: weekly optimization, a reply within one business day, and a monthly report that names what was changed. If the work in month 1 is not landing, you can walk away on 30 days notice, no lock-in.
Can I cancel after the first month? +
Yes. We work month-to-month with a 30-day notice and no long-term contracts or setup-fee clawbacks. You own the Google Ads account, the conversion tracking, and all campaign structures we build, nothing is locked to us. If you leave, we hand everything over in working order and can even brief your next agency.
How do you handle click fraud and wasted ad spend? +
Google filters invalid clicks on its own side and credits them back, and how much it catches is not something the account lets us measure. On top of that we add manual placement exclusions for Display and Performance Max, IP exclusion lists, device and geo anomaly monitoring, and a weekly invalid-traffic review. Fraud never hits zero, and we publish no figure for how much of it we remove, because it depends on your placements and your niche. What the report does show is which placements and terms were excluded that month.
How do you handle access to my Google Ads and conversion data? +
We use Google Ads MCC (My Client Center) linking, you invite our MCC ID and keep full ownership and billing on your side. No password sharing, ever. For GA4 and Merchant Center we use read/write access scoped only to the specialists on your account. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ) and operate under GDPR.
