We do not publish an average traffic or ad-spend change from our audits. What the fixes produce depends on how many of them get done, on your competition and on Google, and we have no measurement that would make such an average honest.

What you receive

Every tier delivers the same three things. The tiers differ in scope, not in the format of the deliverables.

Written report

Typically 40 to 80 pages, with every finding prioritized as critical, important or nice-to-have. Each issue explains what is wrong, why it matters and how to fix it.

Developer-ready checklist

An action checklist you can hand to any contractor or in-house developer. The specifications are written to be executed without us in the room.

30-minute walkthrough call

Included in every tier: we walk through the findings together, agree on priorities and answer implementation questions.

See a sample report before you pay

We send a redacted 15-page PDF example from a past project, with the client name removed and the domain blurred, so you can judge depth and structure before committing.

What we solve

Technical SEO audit
Crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, server errors.
On-page optimization check
Meta tags, headings, content quality, keyword density, internal linking structure.
Search audit
Keyword rankings, traffic analysis, search visibility, search console data.
Competitor analysis
Top-3/5 competitor strategy: structure, backlinks, content, traffic sources.
Google penalty check
Manual and algorithmic penalties detection. Recovery roadmap if penalties found.
Backlink audit
Toxic links detection, anchor distribution, disavow recommendations.

We combine industry-standard crawlers with Google's own data sources such as Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights. Tools surface the raw findings; a specialist adds business context and priorities.

Recognize yourself?

These are real problems our clients come to us with. If even one sounds familiar, an audit will show what to fix.

Your site doesn't show up in Google, even though it exists
You built a website, but customers only come through direct links or ads. Google simply doesn't show your site to people searching for your services. The reason is usually technical: blocked indexing, missing canonical, broken sitemap or thin content on key pages.
Your site was in the TOP, but rankings dropped
Google constantly changes algorithms. What worked a year ago may be dragging you down today. An audit finds exactly what changed and how to restore positions.
Your site loads slowly and customers leave
Google and SOASTA measured back in 2016 that 53% of mobile visits are abandoned when a page takes over 3 seconds to load. Google also lowers rankings for slow sites. An audit identifies exactly what's slowing things down.
You invested in SEO but see no results
Your contractor has been "optimizing" for six months, but traffic isn't growing. An independent audit reveals whether the problem is in strategy, technical setup, or the contractor.
You're planning a site migration or redesign
A domain migration or a major redesign puts the accumulated authority of every URL at risk, and part of what follows is decided by Google, not by us. An audit before the move maps what has to be carried over and what to watch after it.
Competitors outrank you in search
You know your product is better, but competitors rank higher in Google. An audit shows what they do better across technical setup, content depth and backlink profile, and how to close each gap.
Your site got hit by search engine penalties
A sudden traffic drop may mean Google penalties for rule violations (often unintentional). An audit identifies the penalty type and creates a recovery plan.
You don't know where to start with SEO
You have a new site or have never done search optimization. An audit is the first step: it shows the full picture and ranks fixes by what moves traffic the most for the least effort.

After the audit: three paths

The report is yours. What happens next is your choice, and none of these paths is an obligation.

Path 1
Implement it yourself

Take the checklist to your own developer. The specifications are written to be executed without us, and nothing else needs to be ordered.

Path 2
Use it as a second opinion

Hand the report to your current SEO contractor. It works as an independent quality check in writing: what is done well, what is missed, what to do next.

Path 3
Order the fix sprint

If you want the findings implemented for you, our Technical SEO sprint executes the technical fixes, and On-Page SEO covers page-level optimization. Quoted separately from the fix list.

What does this look like in practice?

A typical example from our audits: an online store came to us after a redesign because organic traffic had been sliding for months and nobody could say why. The crawl showed that the new template generated thousands of parameter URLs Google was indexing instead of the real category pages, and several key templates failed to render for the crawler. We documented each issue, ranked the fixes by impact and effort, and handed over a checklist with exact specifications. The client's own developer consolidated the duplicates and fixed the rendering; impressions began recovering over the following weeks.

An anonymized example of our process, not a promise of results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an SEO site audit and what will it give me? +
An SEO site audit reviews one channel, your website in Google search: technical health, content and on-page optimization, indexing, speed, the mobile version and the backlink profile. You receive a report with specific issues and a step-by-step action plan, what to fix and in what order. Advertising accounts and the Google Business Profile are not part of it; they belong to the combined SEO and Ads Audit. We've been conducting audits since 2015.
How is this different from your Technical SEO service? +
This audit is diagnosis: we analyze the site and deliver a written report with a prioritized plan. Technical SEO is the fixed-scope implementation sprint that executes those fixes. Many clients run the audit first, then order the sprint or hand the plan to their own developer. If you already know what is broken and just need it fixed, start with Technical SEO instead.
How much does an SEO site audit cost? +
Starting from €99. The price depends on site size: a small business site with 10-50 pages is one price, an e-commerce store with 5,000+ products is another. We provide an exact quote after a free express review within one business day. What the fixes are worth afterwards we do not estimate in advance: that depends on your niche, your competition and how much of the list you execute.
How long does the audit take? +
3-5 business days on Start and Professional, 5-10 on Expert. Start and Professional cover sites up to 150 pages; large portals with thousands of pages fall into Expert and take the full 5 to 10 days. You'll receive a detailed report plus a 30-minute video call to walk through results, discuss priorities, and answer any questions about implementation.
What do you check? +
Four blocks: (1) Technical: page speed, mobile version, indexing, redirects, canonical, robots.txt, XML sitemap; (2) Content: meta tags, headings, uniqueness, semantic core; (3) Backlinks: backlink profile, internal linking, toxic links; (4) Competitors, what niche leaders do and where your growth opportunities are.
I have a new site. Does an audit make sense? +
Yes, a new site is actually the cheapest moment to audit. Fewer pages and issues to analyze, and you lay the right SEO foundation from day one. Fixing site architecture, URL structure and internal linking before Google indexes everything is significantly cheaper than reworking it after a few hundred pages are already in the index.
How is your audit different from free tools like Screaming Frog? +
Tools find technical errors (broken links, duplicates, empty tags), but they can't read business context. Are you targeting the right keywords? Is the URL structure right for your niche? What are competitors doing that you aren't? That's the layer a specialist with 10+ years of audit experience adds on top of the tool output.
Can I implement the recommendations myself? +
Yes. We provide clear technical specifications that your developer can execute. If you don't have a developer, we can implement ourselves or connect you with partners. Each recommendation carries a priority label (critical / important / nice-to-have) and an estimate of the work it needs.
How quickly will I see results after the audit? +
We do not put a date on it, and the report carries no forecast. How fast anything moves depends on how much of the list gets implemented, on how quickly Google recrawls the changed pages, and on what your competitors do in the meantime, none of which we control. What we do control is the order of the work: the list starts with whatever blocks crawling and indexing, then the fixes that touch many pages at once, and ends with rewrites of structure and content.
I have an SEO contractor. Why do I need another audit? +
An independent audit is a quality check on your contractor's work, same role a financial auditor plays for your accountant. You get an objective view: what's done well, what's missed, where there's growth potential.
Do you work with e-commerce stores? +
Yes. E-commerce has its own specific SEO challenges: product and category page optimization, filter and faceted navigation handling, pagination, URL parameter duplicates, canonical tags for product variants, and structured data for products. We audit all typical e-commerce SEO issues and provide recommendations tailored to your platform, whether it's Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a custom CMS.
What do you need from me to get started? +
Guest access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. This is the standard set for any SEO audit. If you have CMS access: even better, but it's not required at the audit stage.
Can I see a sample report before paying? +
Yes. We send a redacted 15-page PDF sample from a past project (client name removed, domain blurred) so you can evaluate depth, structure, and clarity before committing. The full audit report is typically 40-80 pages plus a prioritized action checklist you can hand to any developer.
What is NOT included in the SEO site audit? +
We do not write content, build backlinks, or execute technical fixes inside the audit price, those are separate deliverables. This audit also stops at the edge of search: paid search (Google Ads), the Google Business Profile, social ads and email marketing are covered by the combined SEO and Ads Audit. The audit is diagnosis and a roadmap, not implementation.
Do I have to hire you for implementation afterwards? +
No obligation whatsoever. Many of our audit clients implement with their in-house developer or existing SEO contractor. The report is written so any competent developer can execute it without us. If you want our team to implement, we quote separately based on the fix list.
How do you handle access to Google Search Console and Analytics? +
We request read-only access via your email invite, we never ask for passwords. Access is limited to the 1-2 specialists on your audit. After delivery you revoke access with one click. We are EU-registered (CyberLab.Team OÜ, Estonia) and operate under GDPR; your data is never shared or used for anything beyond your audit.
Does the audit cover AI search like Google AI Overviews or ChatGPT? +
Partly. The fundamentals we audit here, rendering, crawlability, structured data and content quality, are prerequisites for AI systems too. Dedicated AI-surface work is separate: our AI SEO service covers Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, and the AI Visibility Audit covers assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. We do not guarantee citations or visibility in any AI system.
Which tools do you use for the audit? +
Industry-standard SEO crawlers plus Google's own data: Google Search Console, Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights. The tools output raw errors and warnings. The value of the audit is the layer on top: a specialist decides which findings matter for your business, in what order, and what to do about each one.
How often should an SEO audit be repeated? +
There is no fixed rule, and repeating audits does not by itself improve rankings. Re-audit after major events: a migration, a redesign, a CMS change, or an unexplained traffic drop. For stable sites, roughly once a year works as hygiene to catch issues that accumulate quietly.
Do you audit WordPress, Shopify, or online-store platforms specifically? +
Yes, the audit itself is CMS-agnostic: crawling, indexing and content issues are checked the same way on any platform. For platform-layer deep dives we have dedicated services: WordPress SEO covers plugins, themes and taxonomies, and E-commerce SEO covers catalog structure and faceted navigation.
