Google My Business
Get found on Google Maps: profile setup and optimization
Google Business Profile setup and optimization is the work of getting your listing complete and correct inside Google, done for local businesses so customers can find, call and visit you from Maps and Search. The profile itself is free in Google. You pay for our work on it: one time, with no monthly fee.
Free express review of your profile before you pay.
The overwhelming majority of local buyers start on Google or Google Maps, our setup work on the profile takes 3-7 business days, and it is a one-time fee from €49 with no monthly retainer.

Who this is for, and who it isn't
A fit if you are
- · Storefronts and offices that want customers to find them on Maps and Search
- · Service-area businesses without an office (SAB) that travel to customers
- · Multi-location EU chains that need each branch set up correctly, one profile per real address
- · PL, UA and RU-speaking owners in the EU who want an agency that works in their language
Not a fit if you want
- · Anyone wanting purchased or incentivized reviews, we build a legitimate ask-for-review workflow instead, paid reviews violate Google policy
- · Anyone wanting a separate fake listing per city, that can get the whole profile suspended
- · Anyone expecting a guaranteed #1 map-pack spot, Google decides rankings and no one can promise position

These are real problems our clients come to us with. If at least one sounds familiar, we can help.
What's not included, and where it lives
This service owns the work inside your profile. A few related things sit elsewhere on purpose, so you always know what you are buying.
- · We don't buy or incentivize reviews. Paid reviews violate Google's policy, so we build a legitimate ask-for-review workflow instead: the QR code, the timing, the wording and who asks.
- · Website-side local factors, such as location pages, LocalBusiness schema and citations, are diagnosed in our Local SEO Audit, not here.
- · Pin and listing work on the map itself lives at Google Maps.
- · Ongoing Maps advertising and paid campaigns sit under Google Ads management. We say so rather than upselling it silently.

One-time setup, monthly retainer, or DIY
Three honest ways to run a Google Business Profile. Here is how they compare, so you can pick the one that fits.
| Factor | One-time setup | Monthly retainer | Do it yourself |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost model | One fixed fee | Recurring monthly fee | Free, your time |
| Contract lock-in | None | As the contract states | None |
| Who owns the profile | You do | Yours, when the contract says so | You do |
| Recovery expertise | Included, Google Product Experts | Only if the contract covers it | On your own |
| Languages | EN, UK, RU, PL | As the contract states | Your own |
| Ranking guarantees | None, Google decides | None, Google decides | None, Google decides |
A correctly configured profile keeps working after a one-time setup, since categories, attributes and service areas don't expire. A retainer mostly earns its fee in competitive niches, through weekly posts, review responses and Q&A upkeep. DIY is genuinely free and viable if you have the time to learn Google's rules. The Maximum tier bundles a 30 day guarantee on our work, and the ongoing cadence is the monthly service.

What does this look like in practice?
A service-area business came to us after setting up its own profile and seeing almost no calls. The listing had a broad, generic primary category, an old phone number, no service areas defined and a handful of photos. We tightened the primary category to the one that matched the searches worth winning, added accurate secondary categories, and configured the towns they actually serve so the profile stated its real coverage instead of a single point. We fixed the phone number and hours, added the attributes that were true for them, wired a WhatsApp chat link to the channel their team watches, and set up a review-request workflow with a QR code. Over the following weeks the profile started showing up for more nearby searches and the calls came through the listing rather than getting lost. Nothing here was a trick: it was the same fields Google already ranks on, filled in correctly.
Anonymized example of our process, not a promise of results.

After the setup
Someone has to keep the profile alive
A profile that was set up correctly still drifts: hours change, Google accepts suggested edits from strangers, reviews go unanswered and the last post ages. That ongoing work is a separate monthly service, a named manager per serviced location, priced per location per month.
